Terms of Service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
Welcome to CrayonBloom. CrayonBloom is operated by Yak Shaving LLC ("we," "us," or "CrayonBloom"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CrayonBloom website and service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who may use CrayonBloom
The Service is operated for and intended to be used by adults (18 or older). Accounts belong to a parent or other adult. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account. Children may, of course, color the pages an adult creates for them — but the adult account holder is responsible for all use of the account.
2. What CrayonBloom does
You provide an idea; CrayonBloom uses artificial intelligence to draw black-and-white coloring pages from it. You can make and download one custom sample page as a printable PDF for free. For a book, you can review its full story outline and preview the first page’s artwork before deciding whether to order. The remaining interior artwork is generated after a paid print order. Printing and shipping are handled by our print partner.
3. Your prompts and content
You are responsible for the ideas and prompts you submit. You agree not to request or generate content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent, harassing, or otherwise harmful — especially given the family-facing nature of the Service. We screen prompts and may refuse, block, or remove any request or output at our discretion, and may suspend accounts that misuse the Service. See our Acceptable Use stance for details.
4. Who owns the AI-generated art
You can use the pages you make. As between you and CrayonBloom, you may print, color, share, and keep the coloring pages you generate for your own personal, non-commercial use — printing them at home, coloring them with your family, or ordering a printed copy from us. We don't claim ownership of the pages you create for that use.
Generation is performed by a third-party AI model (OpenAI), and your use of it is also subject to that provider's terms. Because the art is AI-generated, it may not be eligible for copyright protection, and similar images may be generated for other users — so we make no guarantee of exclusivity, and neither you nor we can promise an exclusive copyright in a given page.
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for not requesting content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or likeness (see our Acceptable Use stance). You may not resell or redistribute generated pages as your own stock product or claim them as your original artwork.
5. Orders, pricing, and payment
Your custom sample page is free to download and print. Printed books are sold at the price shown at checkout — the final total, with shipping and any applicable tax calculated and shown before you confirm. Payment is processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms. Prices and product options may change at any time. See our Refund & Shipping policy.
6. Availability
Physical printing and shipping are currently available in the United States only. Digital downloads are available wherever the Service is accessible.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output can be unexpected or imperfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrayonBloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Copyright / DMCA
Yak Shaving LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others. Per the DMCA, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to our Copyright Agent as described below. Upon receipt of a notice alleging copyright infringement, We will take whatever action it deems appropriate within its sole discretion, including removal of the allegedly infringing materials and termination of access for repeat infringers of copyright-protected content.
